My opinion

I used to eat "Happy Meal". I read this topic and I'm very surprised.

The kind of way that I think to keep healthy are to do exercise, not to eat much
and to sleep for 6 to 8 hours etc... .
It is very important for us to keep healthy. We should be careful in our healthy.

    Sleeping well is very important.
    I always sleep 6 hours so i keep a health
